Karen Abrams
Founder

Karen is the founder of Town Strength. She brings with over one hundred hours of various fitness certifications, and over 20 years of instruction. She has taught well over 10,000 classes to more than 100,000 people of all ages and fitness levels.
After experimenting and coaching so many different fitness routines over the years, Karen witnessed numerous overuse injuries from bad movement pattern and no real plan on how to achieve your goals. Her frustration with unsustainable results in the fitness industry grew into a deep passion to help people not only get fit, but stay fit for life.
At 40, Karen is stronger, fitter, and more confident than ever. She attributes this to eating clean, meal prepping and following a sustainably smart, simple and safe strength and conditioning program consisting of squats, deadlifts, pushes, pulls, gymnastics and proper mobility work.
