Ciara Van Ness
As a lifelong athlete, I have a passion for coaching and helping others reach their highest potential. Running has always been a passion of mine but eventually, I wanted to try something new. This is when I finally began my Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu journey. It has allowed me the opportunities to not only learn self-defense but has also filled my training with purpose. It has taught me valuable life lessons, renewed my self-confidence, and inspired me to help others who have self-doubts about their own physical and mental strength. I am currently a purple belt under Professor Matt Jubera and Sensei Xande Ribeiro representing Six Blades BJJ. I have every intention of eventually earning a black belt. I have won major tournaments and even graced the podium at a world level. Allow me to teach you how to face your fears head-on and show you how powerful you truly are. I believe everyone has the potential to reach any fitness goal. My goal is to help others become the best version of themselves.

He has also helped lead group classes for people of all different experience levels. When not in the gym, you can find Zac coaching and playing soccer, dabbling in guitar and piano, enjoying hiking the Colorado wilderness, and on a very rare occasion playing a very poor round of golf.

At 40, Karen is stronger, fitter, and more confident than ever. She attributes this to eating clean, meal prepping and following a sustainably smart, simple and safe strength and conditioning program consisting of squats, deadlifts, pushes, pulls, gymnastics and proper mobility work.
